Very Good

Cleaners of room , comfort of beds, warmth of room and always hot water to shower

Breakfast could be better. More attention by kitchen staff to fried bead and keeping scramble egg fresher. Some offer of fruit salad and yoghurt would be nice for people who don't eat cereals. Breakfast although good has slipped over the past while.

Everything else was fine.

Tried to get a drink in the bar in the afternoon only to be told the bar does not open until 5pm. This has never been my experience before and was not mentioned on the hotel web site. While it did not spoil our stay I think customers should be made aware of the new times before they book.

Would stay again, has great potential.

Location and service.

Check in was ok, although we did have to ask what time breakfast was served at etc. Potatoes had by one of the guests were like "smash" , we weren't advised of breakfast times on check in. Also, the ladies (2 elderly guests) were not impressed by the "item" discovered on their windowsill.

Location was great, especially with a sea view. Plenty of restaurants near by.

The bathroom door locked itself from the bedroom side, we had to call a staff member up to unlock it.

Pleasant but wouldn't go back unless on a very good deal.

Breakfast was fantastic. Full buffet and cooked to perfection.

We got a good deal but the hotel is dated and the room basic. I would not pay the going rate to stay here. On arrival one of the cups in the room had lipstick on it. We paid an extra £10 for a room with a view and I thought (maybe wrongly) that this could have been waived. We did get an apology and fresh cups brought up.

Home from Home

We had an amazing stay here! The front of house staff/receptionist were welcoming and helpful. The bar staff in the evening and breakfast room guy were efficient and professional. The room (307) was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful.

Good size room and comfortable bed

The cold water tap didn't work in the bath. We had to turn the shower on to cool it down. Breakfast wasn't very warm. Not a great breakfast

Great location overlooking the Atlantic.

Love the location in centre of Portrush and a room with a sea view is a must.

Breakfast was not very warm on our first morning. Lovely hotel but no atmosphere in bar at night.

Brilliant location and hotel

The hotel was beautiful and view from room was stunning, staff were so friendly and nice

I ordered chicken ceaser salad from hotel restaurant the chicken was under cooked and I had to return it, staff were unbelievably nice about it replaced and gave me it free as a Goodwill gesture. Our room was freezing when we arrived but one quick call to reception and it was sorted completely

Pleasant stay on the whole but better if a few issues were sorted before our arrival.

The bed was very comfortable food was good and ate in the restaurant on the first evening and was a pleasant experience.

Rooms were a little tired looking TV remote not working but that situation was rectified very quickly and one of the ceiling lights was out.Few cracks in bathroom tiles.

The receptionist was very friendly and upgraded or room to sea view. The bar man also on duty had a great manner about him. Great location for a nice night away.
